This course teaches tools that can be used to skilfully deal with challenging situations in daily life, to deeply calm the nervous system as well as to develop a strong sense of well being.
Yoga for sport
Yoga for sport is a programme that can fit alongside current training programmes. This can benefit individuals as well as teams. It can enhance performance by improving strength, flexibility and range of movement as well as reducing the risk of injury.
This can also increase focus and confidence.
